Welcome to Samyati The World (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all travel-related services offered by Samyati The World, including domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, and visa assistance. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Services
Samyati The World acts as a travel facilitator providing customized domestic and international packages, hotel reservations, flight bookings, and visa support. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team or the respective service provider.
3. Booking and Payment Policy
- All bookings must be made through authorized representatives or the official website of Samyati The World.
- We require 100% payment at least 7 days prior to the start of the trip.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in airfares, hotel rates, currency fluctuations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Failure to make payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to ops@samyatitheworld.co.in
- 50% refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 15 days before the travel date.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date or for no-shows.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame after deducting applicable service and transaction charges.
5. Travel Documents and Responsibility
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and other required documentation before the journey.
- Samyati The World will not be responsible for any loss, denial of entry, or missed services due to incomplete or invalid documents.
6. Changes or Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, Samyati The World reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supplier issues, or political unrest. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered as per company policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Samyati The World acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators). We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services or events beyond our control.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, trip delays, and baggage loss.
9. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the trip. Samyati The World reserves the right to terminate participation of any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, offensive, or disruptive to the group or tour operations.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ensure that your data is kept secure and is not shared with unauthorized third parties except as required to fulfill your booking.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
