- Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
- The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services such as flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, or special event bookings may be non-refundable as per the supplier’s policy.

4. No-Show Policy
